[Publib] Outlook training

I just completed a short training session last week that incorporated the book: Total Workday Control: Using Microsoft Outlook by Michael Linenberger (0974930415) The training was done by a city department head who has been using the book and spoke very highly of it.

At the start, trainees were asked how many items we had in our inbox and many people answered in the hundreds and a few answered thousands! The book shows how to deal with those messages and how to easily turn them into tasks, move them to your calendar, or file away the messages that aren't ready for deleting. I purchased the book and it arrived today, so I haven't had a chance to open it yet, but I'm hoping that it will help me be better organized.

Subject: [Publib] Outlook training

All of our staff are comfortable using Outlook for sending and receiving
email but we want to ensure that everyone knows how to empty their
deleted folders, create new folders, use the meeting scheduler, etc.
Does anyone have a quick tips sheet or training manual that they would
be willing to share?

Thanks.
