[Publib] Collaboration between public and university

In Minnesota, there is a collaboration between a branch of the City of St. Paul Public Library system with the Metro State University campus. Metro State's website has a bit of information about it here: http://www.metrostate.edu/library/location.html

public or private university library in one building other than the one 
between San Jose State University and the Martin Luther King Jr. branch of 
the San Jose Public Library?
