[Publib] Public/University Library Collaborations

I don't know of a University, but I know of several college/public cooperatives. Front Range Community College and Fort Collins CO share a library. In Nebraska, Metropolitan Community College shares a facility with the LaVista Public Library and have finally broken ground on a shared location with Omaha which has been in planning stages for nine years.
