[Publib] early literacy computer games

I need to order new, pre-verbal and early literacy (ages 1-5) computer
games for our new youth computers to replace the old Gates games. 

    - What are your favorites?

   - Where/how can I purchase to cover the licensing to load on public
access stations? ( I'd like to do a combo of stand alone and network
access.)
