Does your library have any of the NOLO Press books, or are you on a network
from which your patron can borrow them? Most of them now come with CDs that
include the forms they discuss. I'm no pro on form numbers, but the NOLO
books are good. They also have an informative website with descriptions of
their books and the forms they include. Your patron may be able to find and
identify what he wants there, and then request the book/CD through ILL.
