DISTRICT LIBRARY DIRECTOR, Elbert County Library District.

The Elbert County Library District (www.elbertcountylibrary.org ) 
located in Elizabeth, Colorado, seeks to fill its full-time district 
director position located in Elizabeth, Colorado.

Come lead our team in a growing four branch library district located in 
Elbert County, Colorado, situated SE of Denver and NE of Colorado 
Springs. Population in the service area is about 24,000, total 
collection holdings 41,000, annual circulation approximately 112,000 by 
8,500 cardholders (and growing). We are seeking an innovative, 
community-minded professional who will direct the District in our future 
goals. Administrative responsibilities include budget management, 
expansion of library services, public relations, facilities improvement, 
long range planning, and supervision of staff.

Experience/Education:  MLS with 5 to 7 years experience.

Compensation:  Salary range $58-62,000 plus benefits commensurate with 
experience and qualifications.
