I just wanted to thank everyone who responded.  The
information and most of all, the support, was greatly
needed and appreciated.

I also wanted to share that I was just informed that
the policy is being revised so that the only articles
that will need to be reviewed are those that are about
the library system. 

This squeeky wheel is much happier.
