[Publib] surveillance cameras in public libraries

Ditto here at Grapevine Public Library.   we have seven * aimed at araes such as the driveup bookdrop, the lobby, the areas in front of the stiudy rooms that are out of sight lines from the public servioce dsks.   I have no problem with them.

We have surveillance cameras.  The cameras are there to deter behavior, such as committing acts of vandalism, intimidating other library users, etc.  
The cameras can be monitored from our security desk, as well as in our city's communications center.  Events are recorded on tape, and we can retrieve events if needed.  
We don't have them focused on what people are reading or viewing.
