I have recommended Meebo to our patrons on several occasions, even 
though I've installed YIM, AIM, & MSN Messenger. I don't know why, but 
about half of our patrons can access the IM networks through their 
respective client software and the other half cannot. The best I can 
tell is that our firewall software doesn't like the other half. ;)
