We are investigating several possibilities for IM Reference.  I have a few 
questions regarding free software vs. purchased software:


Does anyone use Meebo?

If you don't, what do you use?

If you use free software, like Meebo, how do handle privacy issues and 
content control?

Has anyone purchased software rather than use the free software tools 
available?
