[Publib] Grand Opening Idea

Our library opened 2 years ago, and we had a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The ribbon was special ordered and printed with the name of the
facility.  After the single snipping ceremony, the ribbon was cut into
small pieces and given away to ceremony attendees.  A keepsake, which
could be used as a bookmark!
