[Publib] Cars, plates and stickers

I heard that we cracked the 500,000 population mark recently, though the
Census still has us at 495,226. It's getting crowded out here.

I recently saw a plate that said 2-1. The first number is the county
(Laramie) and the second is the plate number (apparently the first one
issued in Laramie County - they can be passed down through families).
I've also seen the governor's car (S-1) and the secretary of state's car
(S-2).

We may not have many cars but we have great libraries!

You don't need more than four digits in Wyoming.  They only have one 
area 
code (307).  And I'm sure they like it that way.  My own  personalized
plate 
says, "Writing."  I spelled it wrong the first time, but  the guy at
the state 
prison helped me out.
