[Publib] Audiobooks, are they helping kids learn to read?

Hi Michelle,

The first question I would have to ask is what types of programs is this
school developing or currently have in place to help ALL of these
children improve their reading skills? My second question would be -
how has a system that is supposed to advocate for and educate children
failed them. Any child who is able to pass all the way up to Grade 7
and still not learn how to read has been failed by the education system.

As Helen stated, not all parents are able to provide the necessary
educational at-home support that is needed. In this case, it is even
more important for our education system to ensure that those children's
educational requirements are given even greater priority.
