[Publib] A very, very bad attitude, indeed

Unfortunately, there are those sort at some time or another, in every
library, every state.. If anyone gets too cheery over an empty library
due to bad weather, just mention to them about the latest library to
lose funding & have to cut hours of operation in half along with
laying off most of the staff. That should turn attitudes around.
