[Publib] interfiling genres

  I started interfiling genres about 12-14 years ago in a small library because I needed every inch of space and separating the genres used up space.  I think I had two, maybe three patrons complain about the new arrangement.  When I moved to a larger branch I did the same thing as soon as I could because I found it was easier to shelve and easier to pull holds.  When I did it the second time I only had one patron complain.  As of now, I think almost all of our 15 branches have integrated fiction
