[Publib] Mixing genres with regular fiction

Technically, it isn't the Dewey or cataloging that's impacted. It's the
creation of an item record.
However, you are replacing a little bit of typing with the adding of a
sticker. And the buying, paying for, and storage of the stickers.
For the record, I did such a merger at my last library. Except for Westerns
because I was told the "little old men" who read westerns would be very
upset. My problem was finding labels that were distinct enough to be spotted
easily. I ended up creating my own. If anyone out there works for a company
that sells labels, you might consider making genre labels very disinguished.
The picture isn't as important as the color and words. We only had a couple
of complaints about the change.
