[Publib] BUSINESS CARDS

At my former place of employment, I had a business card printed for each
branch and each central subject division. They had the library name, branch
or division, address, phone number, fax, and an email address for the branch
or division (which can be used to read and send email by all the librarians
in that unit). There was enough space that staff members could add their
names, if desired. This more cost-effective than making new business cards,
but my main reason for developing them was to give staff members a way to
follow up with a customer, without necessarily directing that customer to a
particular library staff member.
Regards,
Dale
