Have not yet been able to find such library. Have searched several times on OCLC in hopes in ILL, but can't quite find the dates I need.

Have you tried a library that subscribes to the Historical Washington Post database? It's not microfiche, but it is searchable and it goes back to 1877.

I have a patron who is searching for April 1913-Dec 1915 of the Washington Post on microfilm. I called the post only to be told that they do not keep such microfilm archives and to contact the LOC. I pulled up LOC online and am being told that the Washington Post stays in their reading room and does not circulate. I tried to call two different phone numbers listed on LOC website and both were disconnected.
This patron is an author and desperately needs these papers to fill in some missing links in his current work.

  Can anyone help?
