[Publib] Cheep subscription services

Just to add a comment to the discussion about evaluating magazine subscription services, we do not use a service and have managed well enough with our short list of subscriptions doing our own order work.  However, last spring we used Mags4Cheap to order a subscription to FORBES and charged it to our credit card.  We paid on statement in full on 14 June.  After several frustrating circutious contacts with them, we still have received nothing except the run around.  Beware.
