[Publib] Tech Services Policies and Procedures

I would also love to see policies and procedures from other public
libraries, as I have been updating all of ours.  However, e-mailing them
to each other doesn't seem the most efficient method.  There are many
"Tech Services" resources and repositories for procedures on the web,
but they all seem to be dominated by academic libraries.  Does anyone
know of a site dedicated to public libraries, where we might exchange
our policies and procedures?

And, if anyone would like to share the same information with me I'd
appreciate it. I've just taken over a department that's been doing
things the same way for a long time and we're trying to look at new
ways of doing things. It would be helpful to see how others do it. If
you're on a classic Dynix system I'd really LOVE to see your manual.

manual for Technical Services. I wonder if you might share your
manual's
Table of Contents page, so I can see if I'm covering all those pesky
details. If you have other ideas or resources you'd like to offer, I'm
surely open to all suggestions. (I'd ask to see your entire manual but
then I'd have no angst in my life...)
