[Publib] Author Visits/Book Signings

Our library has recently received many requests from local/regional authors about us hosting book signings.  We are in the process of drafting a policy as to who/what will/will not be accepted.  Do any other libraries have such a policy in place?  If so, could you please send them to programs at lexpublib.org?
