[Publib] Gaylord Book Charger

I am posting the following message for a colleague:

Our library's Gaylord Book Charger (model C) is no longer working and 
cannot be repaired.  Gaylord no longer markets this equipment and has no 
replacement parts or refurbished machines available.

Does anyone in libraryland have a Gaylord Book Charger they might be 
willing to part with / sell?
