[Publib] TV Show?

We had a patron inquiry about a cooking show that debuted on the air in the 
1940’s. According to the patron, her grandmother was the host of this show 
about baking. The name of the grandmother was Norma Scarborough. So far, we 
have had no luck finding the name of the show with the  resources we have 
tried:
