[Publib] Any experience with Card Meter Systems, Inc.?

Hello,
 
I'm wondering if any libraries have had experience with the
Internet/print management company Card Meter Systems, Inc. (CMS)?
 
They offer an Internet management system call PC Cop along with a print
management one called DigiNet. 
 
We've been in contact with the company, but are looking for more
personal experiences direct from library staff. Any thoughts or
comments, good or bad, would be appreciated.
