[Publib] Diversity practices

The Diversity Committee in the Fairfax County Public Library system is
interested in "best practices" in the area of diversity.  Do you have any
activities or projects in your library system to create and maintain a
balanced and diverse workforce that you'd be willing to share with us?  If

the list if you think this could prompt an interesting discussion.
