[Publib] scanning newsletter for our website

Hello Pub Libers:

Looking for some help regarding our newsletter. In order to have our print
newsletter available on our website, I scan in the paper copy as a PDF and
create a link. The only problem is that when clicking on the link, it
takes FOREVER to download the newsletter. What am I doing wrong? Anyone
else doing things differently?
