Reminds me of a local "technology gone bad" story:
The latest ATM theft here in FLorida was done with a stack of phone
cards. The thief spend aprox. 4 hrs deducting money from the same ATM
throughout an evening. Somehow, he had managed to manipulate the
European phone cards to withdraw money in samll increments but enough
to net over 20K .. I say he because he didn't bother ot even to cover
his face from the cameras. LE isn't sure how he did it other than to
use the electronic strip to program bank account info gotten
elsewhere...
`Can't wait for my garage door opener to work on the Home Depot self-pay ;-)
