[Publib] Cleaning/repairing CDs and DVDs

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing a proposal to buy a CD/DVD cleaner.

Can someone tell me the percentage of your total CD and DVD 
collections you clean/repair each year?

Does anyone know whether using wet or dry process makes a big 
difference in cleaning/repair?

Has anyone had problems with JFJ Disc Repair, Disc-Go-Pod, or 
Azuradisc machines such that you would not recommend them?
