[Publib] HVAC Systems

Our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems were
installed in 1998 (Mammoth) and 2003 (Trane). The huge blowers and
condenser units were installed onto the roof of our 86,000 square foot
building. The installation was under the direction of an architect in
both instances and both projects required coordination with roofers.
Both Mammoth and Trane are fine choices. The difficult part is getting
installation done properly, having the systems "balanced" by experts and
retaining a good, reliable firm to do the regular maintenance of your
system. Either your staff or your maintenance service will also have to
put in place a plan to do regular replacement of filters.

Subject: [Publib] HVAC Systems

Dear Fellow List Member,

I am researching HVAC systems for library buildings.
Specifically, units which provide heating and cooling
while also controlling humidity levels. Can anyone
recommend a particular Company and Model you have had
experience with?

Thank You,
