[Publib] Alice McDermott and "You Must Read This"

I think Ms. McDermott was disappointed that there was low demand for
"Pale Horse, Pale Rider", a book she clearly loves, more so than that a
library discarded it.  I hope she never finds one of her books in a

I felt she was a little hard on libraries, and wrote a message pointing
out that library space is finite, and we either need to build larger
libraries or go digital. I added that a quick search in Worldcat.org
turned up at least 5,000 copies of books that included "Pale Horse, Pale
Rider." 

Wish I'd seen this earlier!
