Wow!  Thank you for all the replies and help so far.   I need to explain 
one other thing.  He is looking for old ones, like from the  40s for 
example,  with old illegible spidery handwriting.  He is trying to show 
how libraries were more like community centers then as opposed to now when 
they are more like anonymous information depots.  Hopefully if they are 
that old patron confidentiality isn't an issue.
