[Publib] Question about sick days

I worked for an organization once (not a library) that decided to reward me
for 2 years of perfect attendance.
The other staf, one of whom was known for taking fake sick days, complained
bitterly about how they were being punished for being sick!
I think it's a good idea to reward it in some way. A lot of places let you
turn in half your sick days for cash at the end of the year.
The risk is that sick people will come in and make others sick.
