[Publib] Clarification about LJ's Computer Media column

My message yesterday announced that we migrated Computer Media to our
website. A technical error put it behind the paywall, but that was a
mistake. The Computer Media column, as well as the quarterly Computer Book
Prepub Alerts, will be FREE. An RSS feeds are also in the works, as are
design tweaks. Thank you very much for your feedback.
