[Publib] after hours material pickup

How are those who have after hour pickup handling that process?
I know that some have those small terminal type lockers and the code has
been passed onto the patron for one time access only. But can I have more
details on this and other methods used?  Did any build on small additions,
or construct new entrance, etc.? What new policies were created, what ILS
are you using, what "unforeseens" came up and bit you. I would appreciate
any input before I begin to plan anything.
