[Publib] Brochure for Non-reading Patrons

I am looking for a Brochure template for patrons who are not yet able to 
read (adults/teenagers).
One that provides information state and national and that I can insert local 
contacts.
I just don't want to re-invent one at this point.
I would appreciate word or publisher files if you would be able to share.
