[Publib] Need your library card?

It makes is easier when we get a driver's license as the ID, because we just 
take the birthdate off that without having to ask.  If anyone does complain, 
we do explain that we need it for a code that would make them unique, so 
that nothing gets put on their record that doesn't belong there.  We've had 
no complaints further after that.
