[Publib] Dream for my library

    I supervise a medium sized library in a large system and just fulfilled one of my dreams.  We moved into a new library 2 years ago this month.  What I would wish for my library is adequet funding to be able to staff the library at a level that would allow more personal attention for my library patrons.  More one on one interaction with kids, teens and adults would prove most satisfying for staff and patrons.
