[Publib] Do you have a "no loitering" sign or policy?

To the Group:
 
Does your library have "no loitering" signs or any kind of "no
loitering" policy governing conduct outside your buildings?  If you have
a policy, would you share that with me (off-list if it is long)?  I
searched the archives and did not find this topic.  I hope I did not
overlook something that has already been discussed.
