A good deal depends on what you want out of the sale -- to make great 
pots of money or to clear the decks of thing you cannot just put in the 
dumpster.  We decided, years ago, that money was important but 
secondary.  We charge $.50 for hardbacks and $25 for soft backs.  On the 
last day we go either to half price or by the bag.
