[Publib] Performance measures

Help!  Our library system is interested in examples of performance
measures for positions of administration, couriers, pages, and other
positions in the library such as secretaries, book orderers, people who
process materials, payroll staff, business office staff, and HR staff,
etc.

 

If your library system has departmental performance measures that could
apply to individual positions, we'd be interested in those performance
measures as well.
