Hello all,

My library is doing their first 'One Reads' program and I could really
use some help. We're a county library system serving a population of
509,000, with 17 branches. We range from urban to rural. If you would
be so kind...I have some questions of you veterans:

Can tell me how many patrons participated in your 'Reads' programs?

Is it possible to turn that number into a percentage i.e. 34% of our
patrons participated?

Did you have one event? Multiple events?

Also, when you started this program, what were you hoping to get out of
it?

Were you successful?

How did you measure that?

Who bought the books? (Foundation? Friends? Library? Sponsor?)

How many books did you buy? How did you come up with that number?

Who selected the book?

Was there anything in particular that you feel was very successful?

How about something that really did not work?

Thanks for your time,

Lisa
