Overreaction. Why don't they  just put up privacy screens. I also have to 
wonder how they are defining porn. If they can't do privacy screens, having 
someone walk through on a regular basis, offering help to people, will 
usually curb it. I used to do that at a community college library where 
people were gaming against the rules.
