In an incident captured on surveillance tapes Tuesday night, UCLA campus  
security guards are shown using a taser gun on a student who allegedly  refused 
to leave the library.  The incident occurred at the Powell Library  on the 
Westwood campus.  The Los Angeles Times story quotes the  patron as shouting in 
response, "Here's your Patriot Act, here's your . . .  abuse of power."
