Sorry for the cross postings.

We are considering purchasing Playaways for our library. We do have a 
question about the lanyards. Are there any concerns that they are 
unsanitary (many different people having them against their skin)? Are 
the lanyards removable? If not are they easily cleaned?

With all the other things to consider (batteries & headphones) this 
seems like an odd concern, but this is the question that came up.
