[Publib] robot vacuums

I have been looking at the floors in the new building going up in Siletz, http://www.flickr.com/groups/svfol/ .  It is much larger than the current building but still a small building with 1 staff member and volunteers running it most of the time.  There is no cleaning service.  So I am trying to find easy ways to clean the new building.

Has anyone with a small building tried running these new robot vacuums in some areas at night?  Does it work for you or are you disappointed in the quality?  

We will have a good commercial vacuum but thought maybe running these little robot vacuums at night could help keep the place clean with less effort.
