[Publib] Tutors in public libraries

Hi, Maryann
   
  We have tutors who charge and some which are free.  We just 
  look the other way if they are charging.  Most are ESL tutors and
  we feel they are doing a service for our patrons and our community.

I have spoken with one library that has a policy addressing this issue but wonder if others have a policy regarding this.  Thanks.
