[Publib] Fundraising bricks

I know that many of you have done fundraising using bricks.  Looking in the archive there is quite a bit of information I think (I just glanced quickly but will go back there).  However, some of the information is old so thought I would ask the questions again. 

What kinds of bricks did you prefer?  Engraved? Metal plate? other?
What companies can you recommend?
