[Publib] Advice sought for interview

When you are applying for a paraprofessional position, emphasize your
customer service skills.  One of my best circulation clerks was a young
man who had worked both at Blockbuster and at Southwest Airlines.  

 

Who knows, you may love the work so much that you go after that
additional education.  I'll tell you a secret, the master's level work
is more fun.
