[Publib] blog policy

We have started a teen blog, but our city PR person thinks we should do
a policy.  For those of you that have blogs, would you be willing to
share your policy, either to me individually or the group.  I can think
of some things to include, but know that the "greater wisdom" of this
group always comes through.
