[Publib] burn out and bureaucrats

For me, it's not the job. I love what I do, even budgeting with limited
funds can be fun, if I think of it as a challenge. What does me in is
the red tape in dealing with governmental bodies. There was a movie I
saw recently where this guy says in an aside: ...when a bureaucrat falls
out a window it takes him a week to hit the ground.
I smile every time I think of it.
